Yippee!! I lost 5 pounds this week, with hard work and my focus back I knew I could do it.
Workouts last week:
Monday- Spin class (50 minutes) and 30 minutes of volleyball
Tuesday- 30 minute walk
Wednesday- Yoga (60 minutes)
Thursday- 30 minutes walk
Friday- Cycling (20 minutes) Weights (10 minutes)
