The last time I weighed in at WW I gained 0.3 pound not a big deal but then came the slippery slop of eating my feelings. It's now March 9 and although I have had a couple of good days I just finished binging on pizza and onion rings. I don't know why I keep on doing this to myself. I missed two weeks in a row with WW. This week I will be going and seeing what damage I caused. I really haven't lost weight since the end of September. I miss going with my friends it really helped with my weightloss to have that support. and I also know that winter is always a difficult time for me. Plus I have had daily back pain for the last three months and because of the pain I had to stop running which looking back really helped with losing 30 pounds. On a plus side last Wednesday I finally got my MRI! I should receive the results at the end of this week. My birthday is this Friday I am turning the big 34!
