Weekly workouts and monthly weight in

I am up 0.4 pounds for the month although I would love to see a loss. It could be a lot worse. I had a good loss last month maybe that's why?? Okay okay that's probably an excuse and I will have a better month next week right ? ;).

Weekly workouts

Monday- Cybex (30 mins) Arm workout (10 mins)

Wednesday- Zumba (60 mins)

Thursday- Elliptical (20 mins)

The end of the month is coming soon stay tuned for my monthly updated pictures! (Groan) Maybe I gained 0.4 pounds of muscle lol. It's possible right?

I really have been trying to focus on not worry as much and it has been helping my anxiety. I also think my "extra" anxiety was caused from some vitamins I was taking that contained green tea that equaled six cups in two pills which is a lot of caffeine which reacts badly with my panic attacks.    I have been feeling much better!

Enjoy your week and I truly am thankful to all my blogger buddies!

Panic trying to find the power

First here is my weekly workouts

Monday-   Body Flow (60 minutes )
Tuesday -  Jane Fonda DVD with my mom (20 minutes)
Treadmill (30 minutes) + Weighlifting (minutes)
Thursday- Circuit training (15 minutes )

My panic attacks and anxiety have been  unbearable this week.  I know it because I am stressing about things in my life and trying to be this "perfect" person.   I know I am far from being perfect but it is like I am striving to be perfect in every area of my life.  I REALLY want to get out of debt as I have posted in previous posts and I have created a budget that allows me  to pay over 900 a month in debt.  I should be proud of that but when I sprained my ankle in November it put  me back a bit because I didn't receive any tips or wages for ten whole days.   I need to learn how to plan for the unplanned.  If that makes any sense?   I need to let go and have a bit of breathing room and realize that there will be set backs in my life and THAT'S OKAY.   This is something that does not come easy to me but I will have to learn over time otherwise I will keep getting these damn panic attacks.  :(

The same goes with my diet and workout regime.  I do all the right things going to the gym, log in my food, try new eating plans to find the right fit for me.   I have to learn to ride the waves.  There may be times when I gain a pound even with my best efforts but as long as I am doing and following the right plan it will improve with time whether it is my debt repayment plan or my healthy eating.  I believe stress can do a lot of harm on your body and I have seen it over the last several weeks.  I need to start giving myself a pat on the back for all the hard work I am doing and stop being so hard on myself.   My motto for the next little while until it becomes routine is to ride this wave we call life!!

My monthly challenge is going well.  I may not be drinking 2 litres everyday but I am definitely drinking more then I use to and just being more aware of it is great in my books :)

This week I will  workout four times!

My eating is till going pretty great but I was craving pizza the other day so I decided to have gluten free pizza and let me just say it was like eating cardboard!!  Gross!    I will never eat that again but I am glad I didn't eat the really stuff because I know I would have been super bloated afterwards.

Catching up

I have been reading and commenting on a lot of blogs in the past few weeks but not writing a whole lot.    I like to write usually two post per week but lately it has been a lot less.  I've had a lot of stuff on my mind lately and maybe that's the reason??  Any who here are some updates about me :)

Monthly Challenge

It was a great experience with diet bet.  I was close to winning.  I had to lose 9.8 pounds in 28 days.  I ended up losing 9 pounds so I am happy with the results.  I wouldn't do it every month but I would definitely do another one in the future.  Thanks Courtney for hosting the bet.  ( You should check out her blog it's amazing)   I am giving myself an A for effort on this challenge.

I have been racking my brain on what I wanted to do for this month for a challenge.  Should I do physical, mental, etc.   I finally decided and you may think it's simple but to drink 2000 ml of water a day. Water is so important yet I never drink enough of it and I have to admit I drink way too much Diet Pepsi since I work at restaurant it's free so it is hard not to.  I am a little late on the challenge but starting tomorrow I will be focusing and keeping track by using an app on my new iPhone ;)    Side note any cool apps that you love that you would like to share???

Winter Bucket list

Rob and I accomplish snowshoeing about a week ago.  It was so pretty and quite I can't wait to do it again!!! It's a great workout  too :)

I have a picture of us snowshoeing but some reason it will not upload :(

2013 is going to be an awesome year!!

Observations/Goals/New Commitments

Happy New Years Everyone!   I hope you all had a great NYE and a wonderful Christmas holiday with your friends and family.

I haven't posted in a while due to being busy and having a bit of writers block.   However I have been reading and commenting on all my favorite blogs and in the past few days it has really gotten me thinking about my life and plans for 2013.

I have been reading A Merry Life for  the last several months and I really enjoy her writing and her honesty.   She recently wrote a post about being embarrassed about showing her before and after pictures because she is still not where she wants to be.  I personally think she shouldn't be, because it shows how far she has come and I am glad she kept the pictures up.  You go girl!   Because of her I decided to post pictures monthly of myself sporting my lululemon sports bra and booty shorts.  I got my lovely boyfriend Rob to take the pictures.  It is hard to see the pictures but I want to be brave and I believe this will be a great way to show my progress along with my monthly weight in.  I will put the pictures in a tab but here is a preview, please be kind.  One day I would love to rock this outfit in a yoga class.

Another thing I would like to write about is The Scale! In order for me to do the  December Challenge I needed to borrow my sisters scale I usually weigh myself on the Wii.   It has been interesting to have a scale in my apartment.  I have been weighing daily sometimes twice once in the morning and once at night.  I was curious to how much my weight can fluctuate during a 24 hour period.  Boy oh Boy my weight sometimes can fluactuate 5 pounds from the morning to night.  Which I found to be shocking!   I am not sure if this is normal or not?  I know one to two pounds is but 5!  Does anyone else have this problem?  I find weighting daily keeps me more accountable.  I am not a slave to the scale and I am trying to make sure the numbers on the scale doesn't define who I am.

The past month I  have eliminated bread, chocolate, ice cream, donuts,  and pastries by default I haven't eaten any pasta until two days ago.  It is not one my trigger foods, it is something I just don't eat very often.   Anyways after I ate it I felt okay but the next morning I felt bloated and my face was all puffy!!   I had a reaction to the pasta and I will not be eating that again and it makes me happy to me more aware of my body.
