  2. I'm so happy & very proud of you 17 days today as a non smoker , I'm sure it will help when you do your races in the spring. Lifestyle changes .... I'm inspired by the new Dr. Phil book (honestly , I didn't think I would be)He mentions eating for nutrition and learning to use a different options instead of food to celebrate birthdays , Xmas etc. so I'm looking into some alternatives. Any suggestions?? .....I like both the video and the writing ..... so your choice. Hugs Mom Q
