Check-up stat!

First I will start off with my workouts for the past week.

Weekly Workouts

Tuesday- Kickboxing DVD  ( 30 mins )
Wednesday- Jane Fonda DVD with my mom (20 mins)
Saturday - Yoga (20 mins)
Sunday - a walk outdoors (40mins) kundalini yoga (55 mins)

It had been a strange week of workouts I didn't go to the gym once!  But I am happy that I got some workouts in :)

This weekend I had a dizzy spell right when I was about to start work I had to leave because I started to have a panic attack on top of the strange feelings I was having.     I have never felt that way and to be honest it scared me silly.   I almost fainted. Thank god Rob was working and was able to be there for me. I have changed my eating drastically in the last week. No starchy carbs and no fruit. I think my blood sugar was very low  I also didn't eat before work because I was rushing to get there.   Lesson learned. I am calling my doctor tomorrow so I can can get every thing checked out. It is Family day here in Canada so I am not sure if the doctor's office will be open but I will see her this week sometime because I really need some reassurance that everything is going to be okay. I have been taking it easy the last two days it sucks calling in sick for work :(.

I have been looking up mantras online to help me stay calm.

Here is a few of them

Life is change
Everything is changing
Nothing is permanent

What ever happens, happens for a reason. And the universe knows best.

Inhale I am breathing in. Exhale I am letting go.

Let go. Let love

  3. Keep your health as a main priority. It is important to relax and not be too hard on yourself when you feel anxious. My daughter suffers from anxiety and music helps her calm down too. Take Care.
