Accidental break.

The last time I weighed in at WW I gained 0.3 pound not a big deal but then came the slippery slop of eating my feelings.  It's now March 9 and although I have had a couple of good days I just finished binging on pizza and onion rings.  I don't know why I keep on doing this to myself. I missed two weeks in a row with WW.   This week I will be going and seeing what damage I caused.   I really haven't lost weight since the end of September.  I miss going with my friends it really helped with my weightloss to have that support.   and I also know that winter is always a difficult time for me.   Plus I have had daily back pain  for the last three months and because of the pain I had to stop running which looking back really helped with losing 30 pounds.  On a plus side last Wednesday I finally got my MRI!   I should receive the results at the end of this week.    My birthday is this Friday I am turning the big 34!   Thanks for reading and hopefully this week will be better!

  2. Good job Joy! You are acknowledging your journey, your struggles... but also your victories! You have come so far and zigging and zagging is really the only way to make it to goal. Who ever gets to their goal in a straight line??? Perseverance is the key and I know you have that. Keep it up girl. And happy birthday in advance! I hope you have a great weekend :-)
