Weight in

 I weighed in..........  It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be considering what I have eaten in the last six weeks. 

Current weight: 234 

I have gained 5 pounds since September but it is all muscle lol yeah right!    
Back on track! 

Calories burned this week: 1300

    Keep positive , take lots of Vitamin D.............and walk outside as much as possible .
