A New Year

I am going to stop dwelling on the last 6 weeks and push ahead.   I am still in a lot of pain with my back but until I get the call to go for an MRI to see what's wrong I am going to be as positive as I can!  It was a hard blow to be told not to run until the back pain stops.   I still can't believe how much I fell in love with running???    Me a runner?  But there is so many aspects that makes it so amazing.  Weight loss, reducing stress, changing my overall body shape, pushing myself  to reach goals.  Really what's not to love? But for now I have to focus on my food consumption and doing exercises that help me heal until I can run again.   I am done feeling sorry for myself and eating my feelings. I certainly feel the weight gain and I am determined not to gain all the weight I have fought so hard to lose.

I decided I am going to change my rewards/mini goals to 5 pound increments to keep my head in the game.  I am back to tracking what I eat and I am dedicated to attending  every Weight Watchers meetings.   It's a new year, a new month and a new day!

The last six weeks weren't all bad here are some pictures to prove it :)
